Impact Fee

An impact fee must be paid prior to beginning any new home construction. This helps defray costs of damage to our road by heavy equipment. This fee is $3750 for homes that are 2500 square feet or less. For any home over 2500 square feet, the impact fee is $3750 plus $3 per square foot, for every square foot over 2500.
